Shaedon Sharpe scored a career-high 37 points and Toumani Camara added 16 points and six rebounds for Portland.
Portland (35-45) used an 18-7 third quarter to take control of the game, but Utah had an answer.
The Jazz regained the advantage with a 14-5 run late in the fourth quarter. The Trail Blazers had a two-point lead late in the fourth, but Filipowski used a drive and a dunk to tie the game at 114 with 2.1 seconds remaining.
After a Trail Blazers timeout, Matisse Thybulle setup Camara underneath the rim but his left-handed flip shot fell off the rim sending the game into overtime.
In overtime, Portland took a 122-119 lead but Utah responded with 10-straight points to put the game out of reach.
Up Next- The Trail Blazers will return to Portland and host the Golden State Warriors Friday night at Moda Center. The game is scheduled to tip off at 7:00 PM.
