Blazers Get Trampled In Milwaukee

----- Giannis Antetokounmpo scores 33 points as the Milwaukee Bucks crush the Portland Trail Blazers 143-100 Wednesday night at Fiserv Arena.

Wednesday night was a clunker for the Trail Blazers. On the second of a back-to-back, Portland ran out of gas and experienced their worst loss to Milwaukee in franchise history 143-100.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 33 points, 16 rebounds, and nine assists in just three quarters of work. Milwaukee connected on 52.8% of their shots including 15-for-45 from three-point range.

Portland (12-6)  got 22 points from both Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum, but the Blazers never got their offense on track. The Blazers shot just 36.2% from the field including 9-for-42 from three-point range.

''We're professionals,'' Lillard said. ''We're not the first team on a trip like this and it's not our first time. We aren't going to lean on that and make an excuse about being tired. It's early in the season. We haven't even played 20 games yet. There were a lot of things that we could've done to be much better, whether we were tired or not.''

Maurice Harkless made his return tonight for the Blazers after missing 12 games with a sore knee. He scored two points on 1-for-5 shooting.

Up Next- The Trail Blazers will travel to Oakland to meet the Golden State Warriors on Friday. The game is scheduled to tip off at 7:30 PM.
