Oregon Humane Society Adult Cat Special

It may be kitten season, but Oregon Humane Society is putting the focus on adult cats this weekend with a special promotion. Adoption fees for adult cats 1 year and older are being reduced to $15 at OHS’ Portland and Salem campuses. This promotion takes place Friday, May 23 through Sunday, May 25.

“OHS has more than 100 cats waiting for a home right now,” says Eleena Fikhman, Director of Adoptions. “Adult cats often get overlooked this time of year, but they have so much love to give and make wonderful companions.”

Adoption fees for all adult cats one year and older have been reduced to $15. All adoptions include up-to-date vaccines, spay/neuter, microchip, and a free exam at OHS’ Community Veterinary Hospital in Portland and at participating VCA clinics in Salem.

This holiday weekend, OHS’ Portland and Salem campuses are open Friday, May 23 through Sunday, May 25, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Both locations will be closed on Monday, May 26 for Memorial Day.
