2024 Portland Rose Festival Parade Awards & Results
Portland, Ore.- As the 2024 Portland Rose Festival comes to a close, the Rose Festival is thrilled to announce awards and results from all three parades; Grand Floral Parade, Fred Meyer Junior Parade, and CareOregon Starlight Parade.
