A grandmother allegedly using fentanyl in a car was arrested after exposing a 10-month-old baby in the back seat.
Friday night, Tigard Police saw the car parked with the engine running. The driver was passed out behind the wheel and drugs were seen in the car. The baby was in a car seat.
The mother was in a nearby business for about 30 minutes when she saw the police.
The baby was taken to a hospital where tests showed exposure to fentanyl.
The grandmother, 53-year-old Julia Apostello, was arrested for endangering a child and criminal mistreatment.
