The Portland Police Bureau's Neighborhood Response Team conducted a mission on Tuesday focused on chronic criminal activity in the Jantzen Beach and Delta Park areas of North Portland.
They spent eight hours in areas that are impacted by a high volume of crime and calls for service.
They arrested 13 people, including one person wanted for Aggravated Identity Theft and Elder Abuse Fraud.
Officers stopped 20 vehicles and recovered three stolen cars, one stolen gun, fentanyl and methamphetamine.
