Zoo Lights Final Weekend

Folks still have a few days left to brighten their winter season. Zoo Lights, presented by U.S. Bank, runs through Sunday, Jan. 7, at the Oregon Zoo — after that, it’s lights out for another year.

The sparkly and whimsical Northwest tradition has been an especially hot ticket since the light display’s Nov. 24 opening.

“It’s been a great run, and we really hope everyone has a chance to experience Zoo Lights before we pack it up for the season,” zoo events director Mickey Webb said. “Now that the hustle and bustle of the holidays has settled down, people can enjoy a more leisurely experience at a discounted price.”

Tickets for Jan. 5–7 are $12 per person — about half off regular Zoo Lights admission. For more information, visit oregonzoo.org/lights. Zoo Lights is a special event and is not included with regular daytime admission. All guests, including members must reserve tickets in advance via the zoo website.
