There isn't enough snow for skiing to open on Mt. Hood or Mt. Bachelor, but Mt. Hood Skibowl will open their Snow Tube Park on Friday.
They have a system that makes snow in above freezing temperatures. They've been making snow since October which will allow them to open the Snow Tube Park from Friday through Sunday.
You need to buy tickets online in advance.
