Portland Police continue to target retail theft with a mission that resulted in 11 arrests.
Police focused on shopping centers in Jantzen Beach and Hayden Meadows Square.
Three stolen vehicles were recovered.
The Police Bureau started conducting retail theft missions in March and more than 100 people have been arrested. In many cases, they face additional charges beyond theft.
