Two people were injured when a Portland Streetcar and MAX train collided in the Lloyd District this morning.
It happened near Northeast 7th and Holladay. Both trains went off the tracks, but remained upright.
The trains were damaged and the operator of the Streetcar suffered minor injuries.
The MAX line is shutdown and shuttle buses are moving passengers between Old Town and the Gateway station for the Red, Blue and Green lines.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
