On August 21, 2023 around 2:45 PM, the unknown pictured male was involved in a racially motivated assault in the area of SW 2nd Ave and SW Pine Street. The victims, members of the Asian community, were spat upon and physically assaulted.
The Portland Police Bureau is asking for the public’s help in identifying the unknown suspect.
