Gas prices increased in Oregon over the last week, but declined nationally.
AAA reports the national average declined three cents to $3.55 a gallon while Oregon's average increased three cents to $4.30.
Lower demand and crude oil prices in the 70s are helping to off-set news that Saudi Arabia and OPEC-plus plans to cut production in July, which could eventually cause gas prices to rise.
Diesel in Oregon was steady at $4.43 a gallon.
