A Clark County Sheriff's deputy who was critically injured when his patrol car was hit by a tree has been released from a Legacy Emanuel Hospital.
Doctors had to amputate Drew Kennison's left leg, due to his injuries.
Kennison is now in a rehabilitation facility where he'll undergo a couple of weeks of treatment.
The Sheriff's Office says Drew is doing amazingly well considering everything he's gone through and he's in really good spirits.
The Deputy Sheriff's Guild has set up a fund for donations to help Drew and his family.
