Four dogs that were in a van stolen in North Portland were found safe.
The van was left running at a hotel on Hayden Island when it was stolen on Saturday.
The dog's owners were in Portland for the Rose City Dog Show.
A resident in Vancouver found the van abandoned and called police. The dogs were in crates inside of the van and returned to their owners.
