Early Wednesday morning, Portland Police officers from the Central Precinct responded to call of a semi-truck that lost control northbound I-5, hit the concrete barrier and then went down the embankment under Southwest Terwilliger Boulevard.
The driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to a hospital. The semi did not hit any other vehicles.
One lane was closed along with the Terwilliger Boulevard Exit to give crews room to remove the semi, causing delays on I-5 northbound.
