When Portlanders spend $25 or more at a participating business, they'll receive a Parking Kitty voucher for up to 2 hours of free, on-street parking. Pounce on this deal! This promotion runs from Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2021 through Jan. 1, 2022. Vouchers are valid until Jan. 31, 2022.

Parking Kitty, Portland’s official mobile parking app, allows you to pay for parking directly from your phone. Customers with vouchers can apply the discount to their current active Parking Kitty session or use it in the future.

Thanksgiving Day parking information
All SmartPark garages will close at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 24 for the Thanksgiving holiday, reopening Friday, Nov. 26 at 12:01 a.m. On-street parking meters are free on Thanksgiving Day, while regular parking rates apply Friday through Sunday. PBOT offices will be closed Thanksgiving Day and Friday, Nov. 26.
