Portland Fire & Rescue investigators have determined the fatal fire at the Heidi Manor Apartments on July 4th was caused by fireworks.
Two men died in the fire and four people were injured. One person remains hospitalized in critical, but stable, condition.
Witnesses reported hearing fireworks before the fire was reported.
Portland Police have not made an arrest in the case.
