Portland General Electric has more than 5,000 repairs to complete and most of those will affect 10 or fewer customers making it a slow process.
Nearly half of PGE's customers, 420,000, lost power during the winter storms of more than a week ago and some of them lost power multiple times.
As of Monday, 24,000 PGE customers were still without power.
PGE CEO Maria Pope says they suffered a set back Sunday night when strong winds caused thousands more customers in the Tigard area to lost power.
Pope says they can't give an estimate for when all power will be restored, because there are so many repairs that need to be made.
The storms caused the most damage in the company's history.
