A car with two children inside that was left running in Hazel Dell was stolen Saturday afternoon.
Surveillance video shows a Toyota Camry stop behind the victim's car, a person got out and jumped into the running car and drove away.
The car was found several blocks away.
The children weren't hurt and one of them was still sleeping.
The Clark County Sheriff's Office is trying to identify the suspect's vehicle which was a white Kia Optima with tinted windows and gray wheels.
