Northwest Natural has restored service to 5,500 customers in White Salmon and Hood River.
It was the utility's largest outage in its 65 year history.
On December 20th, a vehicle crashed into a distribution station which stopped the flow of natural gas to customers in both cities.
Service technicians worked through the holidays restoring service by visiting each customer individually.
Northwest Natural provided electric heaters, blankets and put some customers up in hotels during the outage.
