Missing Foster Child Found

UPDATE: Clarissa Woodruff Quesinberry was found safe.

The Oregon Department of Human Services is asking for help finding a missing foster child from Beaverton.

14-year-old Clarissa (Chloe) Woodruff Quesinberry went missing on Oct. 5, 2020. She is believed to be in danger.

The Oregon Department of Human Services, Child Welfare Division, asks the public to help in the effort to find her and to contact 911 or local law enforcement if they believe they see her. She is believed to be in the St. Johns or Northwest neighborhoods of Portland.

Eye color: Hazel

Hair: Brown hair that is dyed blue

Other identifying information: Clarissa Woodruff Quesinberry also goes by Chloe. She has scars on her wrists and usually travels with a black backpack. Her hair, while naturally brown, was recently dyed blue.
