We Won't Need A Wall...

Time and technology waits for no one. Innovation is all around us, and that includes the farming industry. For years apple farmers in Washington State have relied on immigrant farmers to pick apples. Some of them were illegal immigrants. Now, look at what technology has brought to the industry...and if it's apples today it'll be lettuce and other harvests tomorrow. If it's a few workers now, it'll be all of them tomorrow. Will this end illegal immigration? Probably not altogether, but it will significantly curtail the need for immigrant or temporary farm workers. The risk/reward won't be worth making the trek to America for a job that won't be there.  Technology is replacing the need for a new wall.  Mark
