A car that crashed into the Willamette River in downtown Portland earlier this month has been removed.
Divers connected to car to a crane that lifted it from the river.
Police say the vehicle was being driven recklessly when it fled from an officer who tried to stop it. The vehicle went across Waterfront Park, through a metal railing and into the river.
One person, a 17-year-old boy, escaped from the car before it sank and three people died. They ranged in age from 17 to 20.
