It’s time to shake off winter and “Hop Into Spring” at the Oregon Zoo. On Saturday, April 4, zoo guests are invited to celebrate the season with magic shows, live music, costumed characters and special bunny keeper chats at the Family Farm.
Folks can also preregister for egg hunts taking place throughout the day on the zoo’s central lawn. Hunts are grouped by age, and the cost to participate is $5 per child, which includes a complimentary train or carousel ride.
“Hop Into Spring is fun for the whole family,” said zoo events manager Mickey Webb. “Best of all, your visit is helping wildlife here in the Northwest and around the world.”
The fun lasts all day, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For tickets and more information, go to oregonzoo.org/hop.
