Police disrupted a street takeover event Monday night in Southeast Portland. The group was on 82nd Avenue near Raymond Street.
Officers were surrounded by the crowd. Fireworks were launched at officers. Nearly 50 officers responded.
Police contacted the organizer who shut down the event. Many of the people left, but some remained.
Police made eight traffic stops, towed one vehicle, one driver eluded police, four citations were issued, one gun was seized and one person was arrested.
