A multistory apartment building in East Portland caught fire this morning.
The apartments are located near East 104th and Burnside.
Two people jumped from the building and were hospitalized.
Portland Fire & Rescue called four alarms to get enough personnel to fight the fire. Eight people were rescued.
One person was detained for questioning as the investigation into the cause of the fire continues.
