The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office has created a webpage that's dedicated to cold case homicide investigations.
They're starting with three cases.
Charly Richards' body was found by a hiker in a wooded area in Troutdale ten days after he was last seen alive in 1992.
Bonifacio Rodriguez-Rodriguez was found dead on Sauvie Island from a gunshot wound in 1994.
And John Warner Nolen's body was found in the Columbia River in 1992. His body was initially unidentified. He was reported missing by his family a year later, and dental records were used to make the identification.
Investigators hope the webpage will help generate tips to solve the cases.
