A new wildfire east of Chiloquin in southern Oregon is forcing evacuations.
The Copperfield Fire has burned over3,200 acres causing Level 2 and Level 3 Go Now! evacuations.
Eight state task forces were sent to the fire to protect homes in the area.
Travis Medema, with the Oregon State Fire Marshal's Office says 40 mile an hour winds caused the fire to grow fast. Weather conditions over the next three weeks are expected to challenge firefighters and that fire season isn't over.
