Washington County Sheriff's deputies caught a fake Amazon worker stealing packages.
Residents of the North Ridge Apartments in Rock Creek called 911 early Monday morning after watching the suspect take packages.
He was wearing an Amazon vest, beanie and baseball cap. Deputies located the suspect, 46-year-old Jamie Baxter, of Portland.
Besides stealing packages, he allegedly used spray paint stolen from an apartment's back porch to vandalize a vehicle.
Investigators are asking other victims, or anyone with information about Baxter, to contact them.
