An atmospheric river continues to bring storms into Oregon and Southwest Washington.
The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch through Wednesday afternoon.
On Monday and Tuesday, the Coast could get 3 to 5 inches of rain, southwest Washington and the Willamette Valley could get up to 3 inches and the Cascades could have up to 7 inches of rain.
Heavy snow fell in the Cascades last week and the heavy rain will cause significant snow melt. Flooding is possible in rivers, streams, creeks and low-lying areas.
