The Portland Police Bureau and Portland Fire & Rescue, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help for information to identify a suspect in an arson investigation.
On Friday June 26, 2020, at approximately 2:14 a.m., at Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Killingsworth Street, a fire was started by unknown suspects on the north side of the building that houses the Portland Police Bureau's North Precinct. The fire was started by suspects associated with protest activity outside the building.
Images of one of the involved subjects were located by investigators and are being released to the public to aid in this investigation.
