Oregon State Police identify the hit and run trucker who allegedly ran a car off I-84.
The incident happened Wednesday April 29th and was captured on the dash cam of another trucker.
The victim, 56-year-old Robert Floyd, was driving on I-84 east of La Grande when he passed a semi and the semi forced him off the road and into the median.
Floyd's car rolled several times and he suffered minor injuries.
The driver of the semi is identified as 70-year-old Marlo Griffin, of Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada. Charges of Failure to Perform Duties of a Driver and Assault 4 will be forwarded to the Union County DA for consideration.
