Portland Police have caught a suspect in ten vehicle thefts and four purusits.
On Friday, Portland Police located 22-year-old Michael Cady. He has four warrants for his arrest from two circuit courts.
He's accused of stealing at least four vehicles and leading police on pursuits four time. He's also charged with identity theft.
Before police attempted to arrest him, they took special precuations to make sure he wouldn't escape.
They located him near North Sumner and Interstate Avenue and took him into custody without incident.
He's being held on $317,000 bail.
The investigation into his alleged thefts continue and more charges are possible.
