Suspect Arrested For NW Portland Shooting

Police have arrested 46-year-old Curtis Harris are a shooting early Monday in Northwest Portland that injured two people.

The shooting happened near Northwest Broadway and Flanders Street.

Several dozen shell casings were found in the street.

When police arrived at 3:51 a.m on Monday, they arrested Harris.

One victim was still at the scene. The person had been shot multiple times and was hospitalized in stable condition.

A second victim was taken to a hospital in a private vehicle. That person is in critical condition.

Police have not said what led to the shooting.
