The Portland Police Bureau and the Hillsboro Police Department, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, are asking for the public's help to identify a suspect in a 2018 sexual assault investigation.
Detectives have obtained surveillance images of an unidentified suspect in a 2018 sexual assault investigation. The suspect appears to be a Black male, medium build, short hair, wearing glasses. The suspect is associated to an unknown make and model light colored vehicle.
Crime Stoppers of Oregon offers cash rewards of up to $2,500 cash for information, reported to Crime Stoppers, that leads to an arrest in any unsolved felony crime and tipsters can remain anonymous.
