A woman was killed in a hit and run crash Thursday night in a parking lot off Chkalov Drive south of Mill Plain in Vancouver.
The woman was conscious and alert when officers arrived, but she later died at a hospital.
Police have identified the suspect vehicle as a dark green 2001 Dodge Ram flat bed with Oregon license plates of 705JSE.
