Portland Police have identified the woman who died in an apartment fire on Sunday as 26-year-old Sarah Oxenreider.
The apartments are located on North Albina Avenue near Failing Street.
The fire was reported at 1:42 a.m. Sunday morning.
The Portland Police Bureau's Homicide Detective Division is collaborating with Arson Investigators from the Portland Fire Bureau and ATF to investigate the case.
