Witnesses Of Highway 30 Crash Needed

Oregon State Police are asking for witnesses of a fatal crash on Highway 30 that happened Thursday to contact them.

A Cadillac Escalade SUV was travelling from Astoria when the crash happened east of Rainier.

The SUV rolled several times.

61-year-old passenger Barry Robinson, from Oregon City, was killed. The driver, 65-year-old Michael Scarlett, of Oakland, California, received minor injuries. Three other passengers were also hurt.

State Police are asking witnesses who saw the crash or saw the Cadillac driving between 11:45 a.m. and the crash time of approximately 2:15 p.m. to contact the Oregon State Police Northern Command Center at *OSP (677) and reference Trooper Chris Cowen.
