A man who was wanted after cutting his ankle monitor is back in custody.
37-year-old Walter Kraemer was arrested on a warrant and booked on charges including burglary, theft, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of methamphetamine, unlawful use of a vehicle, and more.
Police say Kraemer was out on felony probation when he cut off his GPS ankle monitor. Since then, they believe he was involved in some criminal activity, including gun theft.
