Police Need Help Identifying People Connected To A Residential Fire

The Portland Police Bureau and Portland Fire & Rescue, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to identify several persons of interest in a residential fire investigation.

On July 5, 2019, Portland Fire & Rescue responded to a residential fire at a home in the 3900 block of Northeast Garfield Street. The three alarm fire caused significant damage and resulted in two people being injured as a result of having to jump out of a third story window to escape the fire.

Several persons of interest were captured on surveillance video from a neighboring apartment complex. Fire investigators would like to identify everyone in the surveillance video.

Crime Stoppers of Oregon offers cash rewards of up to $2,500 cash for information, reported to Crime Stoppers, that leads to an arrest in any unsolved felony crime and tipsters can remain anonymous.
