A man who was rescued from a house fire in Southeast Salem Friday morning has died.
When crews from the Marion County Fire District arrived at the home in the 4300 block of Munkers Street Southeast the house was fully involved.
They rescued a man inside of the house, but 45-year-old Timothy Allen died at a hospital.
Investigators from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Marion County Fire District #1, and the Oregon State Police are currently on scene investigating. It is still early in the investigation, the cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
