ODFW is trying to capture a cougar near Bridal Veil that walked through a house and killed two goats.
The cougar is a threat, because it's apparently lost its fear of humans.
A Multnomah County Sheriff's deputy tried to shoot the cougar, but missed.
A trap was set with the remains of one of the goats inside.
Currently, Angel's Rest Trailhead is closed for the next day out of an abundance of caution while the animal is located.
