The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that occurred in the parking lot of The Not So Boring Bar and Grill located at 28014 SE Wally Rd in Boring.
Initial reports to dispatch were of a physical fight or disturbance at the bar around 11:00 p.m. on Friday.
The victim had a gunshot wound to the chest and was transported by American Medical Response to an area hospital for treatment. His condition hasn't been released.
59-year-old Gerald Newman (photo below) is charged with attempted murder.
