A helicopter crashed during a training flight at McMinnville Airport.
The pilot, Lars Melhum, told McMinnville Police the helicopter lost power and the rotor hit the ground. The helicopter fell onto its side.
Both the pilot and passenger, Andy Moorhouse, were not hurt.
The crash happened north of the taxi-way.
The helicopter is owned by Precision Aviation Training in McMinnville.
The FAA and NTSV will investigate.
