The National Weather Service has a Winter Storm Warning in effect for the Portland area, Vancouver and Southwest Washington through 4 p.m. Saturday.
Early Saturday, four inches of snow fell in Northeast Portland and Vancouver with more in the hills.
The south Metro area was wet, but snow is expected to fall Saturday...possibly 1 - 2 inches.
Temperatures Saturday night will drop into the mid-20's, so they roads will turn icy.
Sunday will be mostly Sunny, but with a high near 34 there won't be much melting.
Another storm arrives Sunday night that could bring snow or rain. If it snows, only around an inch is expected.
By Monday, temperatures warm enough for rain, but snow and rain remain possibilities through the week.
