There was another possible toxic exposure incident at Intel's Ronler Acres campus in Hillsboro Monday morning.
Several people were decontaminated and treated at the scene for breathing issues. Six people were transported to hospitals.
Hazardous Materials investigators are working to determine the source of the material that made them sick.
This follows a similar incident last week where 15 people were transported to hospitals with symptoms of breathing problems.
The source of the problem was not determined last week.
At this point, investigators don't know the cause of today's problem.
