The National Weather Service is investigating a report that a tornado touched down Tuesday afternoon east of Jefferson.
A firefighter reported the tornado.
There were no reports of damage or injuries.
A funnel cloud was also reported near Forest Grove.
These incidents follow a tornado that touched down Sunday afternoon in North Portland. It caused three semi-trailers to roll over and caused damage to a roof on a building and trees.
Fall and Spring are the most common times when funnel clouds and tornadoes are possible in Oregon.
