Teen Fatally Shot At Rock Creek Party

A teenager was shot and killed at a party early Sunday morning in Rock Creek.

Washington County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a shooting at 12:47 a.m. Sunday at a residence in the 17700 block of Northwest Connett Meadow Court in the Rock Creek community. 

Deputies found an 18-year-old male suffering from life-threatening injuries. 

Investigators learned the suspect fled the scene in the moments after the shooting. Multiple deputies searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.

The victim, 18-year-old Fermin Alonso-Alonso of North Plains, was transported to a local trauma hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.

Detectives with the inter-agency Washington County Major Crimes Team are leading the investigation. Personnel with the Oregon State Police Forensic Services Division are investigating.

No information about the suspect has been released.
