UPDATE: The Clackamas County Sheriff's office says Jakob Esperum was found safe and returned to his family.

The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office needs your help locating a 13-year-old boy who they say ran away from his school Monday afternoon.
Deputies say Jakob Esperum was last seen around 4 p.m. after he ran away from Ogden Middle School in Oregon City, according to his mother.
Esperum is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a brown zip-up hooding, black pants and black shoes.
Esperum wears glasses his hair is dyed purple.
