18-year-old Noah Boege will be charged with manslaughter for a crash on Friday that killed his passenger.
The single car crash happened on the Historic Columbia River Highway in Troutdale Friday morning.
The passenger in the car, 21-year-old Sarah Pearson was killed.
The driver, Noah Boege, suffered minor injuries.
Boege will be charged with Manslaughter II, Reckless Driving, Reckless Endangerment, and DUII.
